Volunteering as a Fundraising Coordinator is ideal for individuals hoping to gain experience in this field and insight into the management of an NGO. Students undertaking a placement year or recent graduates seeking entry-level work experience will greatly benefit from the position. 

Responsibilities:
Prepare fundraising documents and support materials for our website or social media profiles
Research new grant possibilities and write grant applications
Oversee the running of a monthly project fundraiser
Run new, one-off fundraising events (e.g. a Fun Run, a football tournament, trivia night)
Develop a working understanding of data protection and privacy regulations
Gain an understanding of the tax benefits offered by the UK government to charities, e.g. Gift Aid

Requirements: 
Age 18+ on arrival
Current background check from your home country
Advanced or fluent English skills
Desirable: Some Spanish, knowledge or experience in fundraising in an NGO setting
Bonus: Knowledge of finance and skill in money management

This volunteer program requires a time commitment of at least 3 months.
