The Director of Financial Management will report directly to the CEO and oversee all financial operations, including reporting, treasury management, audit and compliance, accounting, and capital management. The DFM will enhance core financial systems, manage internal finance teams, and address financial challenges and risks. This role is crucial in ensuring Nuru’s financial health, operational excellence, and sustainability.

Strong background in financial management and accounting principles.
Experience in managing financial operations and internal controls.
