Designed for students with an advanced level of Spanish, the School in Spain's program structure allows students to perfect their Spanish competency through guided language immersion and facilitated social and cultural integration. Through their coursework, extracurricular activities, internships, or volunteer work, students are expected to "live the language" in Córdoba.

Participants take courses at the Universidad de Córdoba, where they can choose from different academic departments with particular strengths in Art History, Psychology, History, Religion, Biology, and Philology. 

Córdoba is a modern city that blends centuries of cross-cultural history and is home to the Mezquita-Catedral, the most important example of European Islamic architecture.
