Good experience

Overall I had a good experience. I just wish we did more health/medical related tasks at our placement. I loved working with the Nuns as I am catholic and they were all so nice and wanted to converse. I was able to practice my spanish with them and they were all so sweet. The placement was very clean and all the patients were clean and well groomed.

Overall it was very enjoyable. I did think I would be doing more hands on work but I really enjoyed my placement with the nuns and getting to know them. Everyone was welcoming and made us seem very appreciated!!

Very unique experience with so much to learn. I volunteered at a nursing home and I met so many incredible people and learned so much about my field and their culture. I would highly recommend this program!
