Volunteer Assistant and Special Educator

Volunteer with us in Canada and live together with those in need of special care within extended family settings, sharing responsibility for the day-to-day running of the homes. A day is structured around communal mealtimes, domestic chores, duties in our workshops, and caring for our land and gardens. All volunteers are involved in building a supportive community where everyone learns to care for and provide for the needs of others. Festivals, plays, concerts, ecumenical Sunday gatherings, celebrations, and outings are part of a rich social life.
