La Isla de los Monos has been rescuing and rehabilitating primates in Peru since its establishment in 1997. For over 25 years, we have provided a safe, cage-free sanctuary for monkeys affected by illegal wildlife trafficking. Located in the Amazon rainforest, our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and release these animals while also restoring their natural habitat. Through our adoption program, educational outreach, and conservation efforts, we aim to protect local wildlife and inspire people to take action against animal exploitation.
