Calling all animal lovers! A rehabilitation and conservation center in Port Elizabeth, which supports endangered African penguins (also called jackass penguins), needs volunteers to assist with the hands-on care of these remarkable species and other marine birds.

The placement requires providing support with tasks where needed. You work closely with wild animals, so be calm and collected and ready to get your hands dirty! You are guaranteed the privilege to learn and work closely with endangered African penguins and other marine birds, collaborating with a team of hardworking, dedicated, and motivated professionals. You have daily contact with the animals and assist in rescues and releases.
