This is a great project for anyone interested in women’s issues and women’s rights in the MENA region. Women are often victims of some forms of abuse and violence or have been deprived of education. The root of Moroccan women’s challenges is the result of years of culture where women were seen as having “limited power”. Morocco being a traditionally a male-dominated society has a high illiteracy rate amongst women. The project aims to educate the women and girls who are otherwise deprived of education and training.
