Volunteer at a dog shelter in a beautiful community and make a difference to many animals. This is an ideal opportunity if you want to advocate animal rights and help street dogs find a new home. This program supports dogs at a local shelter in Croatia and is looking for volunteers of all ages with a passion to improve animal conditions.

Due to the amount of work it takes to keep the program running, the help provided by participants is always greatly appreciated. We are looking for both short and long-term participants.

Your tasks may include caring for street dogs (combing, taking dogs for walks), cleaning cages, administering drugs, assisting in rescue operations, and distributing food for animals on the street. Long-term volunteers with social media knowledge can assist with public relations and educational work, maintaining websites, helping to raise funds, and other related activities.

During your stay, you will live in a hostel close to the town, which is about 15-20 minutes' walking distance from the shelter.
