Jamaica Volunteer Programs is proud to join hands with The Risen Messiah Basic School, situated in the welcoming community of Good Hope. Our mission is to inject hope into this community by elevating educational facilities and prospects.

This partnership was initiated by a dedicated principal, catering to local children. However, the school's rapid growth has outpaced its resources, necessitating the construction of new classrooms and other amenities. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers who are passionate about shaping a brighter future for these young minds.

As a volunteer, your responsibilities will include tasks such as painting, gardening, and participating in the renovation and construction of school facilities. No previous experience is necessary, making it an accessible opportunity for gap year participants, those on career breaks, university students, or summer volunteers.
