• Mediterranean Diet & Lifestyle (July only)
• Greek History, Culture, and Modern Greek Language
• The Rise of Social Solidarity in Greece Since the Crisis
• Sustainable Micro-Enterprise 
• Creative Thinking and Entrepreneurship

Service opportunities are often available in areas including (but not limited to):
• Refugee work
• Social support services to underprivileged groups (locals, migrants, and refugees)
• English tutoring
• Working with homeless and at-risk youth
• Working with disadvantaged preschool and primary school children
