IVHQ Cultural Immersion Volunteer Project in Sri Lanka

The Cultural Immersion project allows volunteers to experience the life and culture of a traditional tribal community in Sri Lanka, while improving the standard of living and wellbeing of the people. The Vaddah community is known as the earliest inhabitants of Sri Lanka. As a volunteer, you’ll stay with a local family, quickly becoming part of the community. You’ll develop a shared understanding as you learn from them and work with them to support the long term goals of the Vaddah community in Dambana.
