Intern with us and join our team, allowing you to gain real-world insight into operating both a small hotel, Bongo, and a backpacker’s hostel, our sister property Planet B.

Experience the day-to-day running of the properties and get involved in varied responsibilities and duties by taking on a hands-on role. Plus, you have the opportunity to develop foreign language skills, primarily Spanish, as you work with team members and guests from around the world.

We have several roles available. But, being a smaller operation, you generally perform various duties. Depending on your skill set, you may also be actively involved in developing and/or streamlining some aspects of our operations – from procedures to systems to marketing to restaurant management.

We currently cater to up to 118 guests, with additional capacity as both our properties undergo renovation as well as further planning and concept stages.
