Responsibilities:
- Assisting with lesson planning and classroom activities
- Providing one-on-one tutoring and academic support
- Organizing educational workshops and enrichment programs
- Engaging children in literacy and numeracy activities

Desired Skills:
- Passion for education and youth development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with children
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not required
