Honduras Child Alliance seeks a Development Manager to be actively involved in social media, crowd-funding, volunteer recruiting, grant writing, growing funding relationships, and other support to sustain the HCA programs. This internship comes with housing and a stipend is provided! The starting date is flexible.

Tasks:
- Outreach to alumni volunteers and former donors
- Writing a monthly newsletter and blogging for the website
- Updating volunteer posts, and social media engagement
- Recruitment of volunteers and donors
- Leading our team with the promotion of our programs within the community 

You will gain hands-on experience using a CRM/database to find donors, creating engaging funding appeals, compiling concise and well-researched grants, soliciting in-kind donations, and supporting ongoing outreach. 

In addition to working in the HCA classrooms, the Development Manager helps host supplemental programs such as dental teams and workgroups as well as supports the growth of these important relationships.

You will receive free housing and wifi, and a food stipend. With a 12-month commitment, there is also assistance toward visa runs.
