Join the Hawai'i Marine Animal Response (HMAR) team to protect and preserve Hawaii's marine wildlife. Our volunteers play a crucial role in various programs, including field support, rescue and stranding response, animal care, marine debris removal, and operations support. If you are:
Passionate about marine conservation and community service.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Access to reliable transportation and necessary equipment (e.g., digital camera, binoculars).
Physically fit to perform tasks.
Can commit to a minimum of 2 - 6 hours activity sessions each week for a minimum of 1 year.
