My time spent with GVI will be forever remembered. The staff at my base help me feel safe and supported. At the school I was able to use my past experience with working with kids while also adding so much new knowledge. Overall the experience was the perfect introduction to what I hope will be many volunteer trips across the world.

It was such a great experience

It was such a great experience, I'm glad I was given the opportunity to take part in something great. I was nervous of how the other volunteers and staff were going to be like, but I was immediately welcomed with open arms to such sweet and caring people. I loved the school, and became very fond of the kids. Moreover, the activities we would do in FFFs helped us all bond as a GVI family. I have already recommended this to other friends, as it was an excellent and unforgettable experience.
