Greenline Africa Trust

Greenline Africa is a local community-based organisation working with youth, women and children in and around Victoria Falls and Livingstone. Our Vision is: A better life for marginalized women, children and youth in Africa. Our Mission: Working with marginalized and vulnerable communities to develop, implement and support sustainable projects focusing on livelihoods, health, education and biodiversity management. We support community-identified vulnerable homesteads that are headed by ‘Gogos’ (Grandmothers). The Gogos are elderly and are taking care of their grandchildren who have been orphaned or abandoned. Gogos are selected by the community and are frail and find it hard to work in the fields to support their family.
