Volunteering with Green Umbrella (GU) in Cambodia gives you a chance to help with teaching, project planning, and community development. You will join the GU team, taking part in daily activities while learning about Cambodian culture, history, and everyday life. This program highlights the importance of education and the determination of children overcoming various challenges.

Volunteers can stay for up to a year. Accommodation options include a traditional Khmer-style house, living with a local family, or staying in the Boarding House at the pagoda. Health care services are available through the volunteer coordinator. The program costs about $20 per day for accommodation, transport, and meals. Volunteers staying longer than three months receive free accommodation.
