Helping the sloths has been so rewarding
by: PatriciaProgram: Costa Rica – Sloth and Wildlife Rescue CenterWorking at the Rescue Center Sanctuary has been one of the best experiences of my life. Costa Rica is a beautiful country only exceeded by the beautiful of the people. Working on the sloth team with Jessie was full of education and hands on experience. Helping the sloths become closer to being released into the wild has been so rewarding.

It was an amazing experience, filled with learning, friendship, and unforgettable moments

I was only there for two weeks but that's an experience I won't forget. As a goodbye, they allow me to do a necropsy of a baby racoon, and all I can say is that everything I've learnt, is because of the amazing doctors that welcome me ...
