Independent life is challenging for people with disabilities. In Jamaica, the daily struggle is heightened due to a severe lack of resources, vital care, and services. 

Volunteers can help ease some of their sufferings by lending a helping hand, sharing a meal, offering a friendly smile, or participating in one of our internship programs for those seeking experience in the field. They help make a world of difference working with autistic children or anyone impaired by mental or physical disabilities. 

Working with people with disabilities is an extremely rewarding area of work. Volunteers can join us at any time throughout the year to help our benefactors lead fuller, more independent lives. We have a number of projects across Jamaica ideal for students, professionals, tourists, or retirees.
