German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)

German Academic Exchange Service (German: Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) or DAAD is the largest organization in the world that funds overseas exchanges of researchers and students. We boast of a long tradition of bringing together academia from different parts of the globe. Established in 1925, DAAD was the initiative of a student and had since turned into one of the most significant funding organizations. DAAD supports various fundamental subjects, including German Studies. We provide both students and established professionals the opportunity to enrich this field of studies in Canada and the United States.
