2025 Summer Cooking Courses in Florence, Italy

As you may already know, Tuscany (and its capital Florence) is the region with the richest culinary tradition in Italy, from mushrooms to beef, from cheese to wine. FCAS offers intimate hands-on Italian home cooking classes, with lessons four days a week, 3 to 4 hours daily. Classes are held in a cozy traditional Italian private kitchen in small groups of up to eight people, followed by an informal lunch or dinner. Participants will be able to learn and cook from 4 to 5 dishes daily, for a total of around 65 monthly recipes. - Classes are taught in Italian with a free English interpretation service (please note that all our students are English speakers, native or as a second language). - Upon course completion, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
