TCM (EVOLVE Gap Experience)

Our mission is to impact individuals and communities through skills training, education and leadership development in all spheres of society. The TCM organization was founded in 2004 by Ellanie van Rooyen with the desire to educate and empower disadvantaged communities in the Fobeni Village in Limpopo. As the organization grew over the years our focus broadened and now incorporates our EVOLVE gap experience - led by Diederik and Marietjie Niehaus - which focuses on skills training and leadership development through adventure activities and unique South African experiences.
