Starting with five vibrant weeks in Ireland and journeying through Scotland, England, Holland, Germany, and France, this semester promises an immersion in creativity and flavor. You'll collaborate with local artists and indulge in hands-on culinary experiences with professional chefs, farmers, and home cooks. Highlights include working at Moy Farm in Southwest Ireland, sleeping in a Scottish castle as guests of Viscount Kelburn, learning sculpture in Provence, and visiting the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. You will even meet Sean Clarke, Scotland's finest chef, and learn how he uses local produce to create the nation's most spectacular dishes.
