The Office Operations Manager at the Doris Duke Foundation’s New York Office ensures daily operational excellence, including managing the Doris Duke Center, a venue for digital and in-person events such as receptions, dinners, panels, and art exhibitions. The role involves overseeing various operational tasks, enhancing the workplace environment, and aligning operations with DDF's values and strategic goals. The manager also supports the Finance, People & Culture, and Technology departments, as well as event functions, to promote a productive and innovative organizational culture.

Office and Administrative Leadership
Systems Building and Process Documentation
Budget Management
Manage Vendor Relationships and Procurement

QUALIFICATIONS
A degree or equivalent experience in administration or operations management.
Demonstrated experience in office management.
Strong proactive planning, organizational and time management skills.
Facility with and interest in technology, esp for productivity. 
Experience with IT support and facility management.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
