While English is our main focus, we're excited to offer students a chance to explore different languages and cultures.

At our Madinat Khalifa campus, students can dive into the world of French from Year 1 to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), while Spanish is introduced from Year 7 to IBDP. Gharaffa campus brings French to international students in Years 1 to 6, and Themaid's secondary students get to experience both French and Spanish from Year 7 to IGCSE and A-Levels. Primary students also get in on the language fun with French from Years 1 to 6.

Arabic is on the menu too! Qatari nationals and native speakers follow Ministry of Education guidelines for Arabic studies, while non-native speakers can learn it as an extracurricular activity or as part of the curriculum in primary and secondary school. 

And for our Dutch and Belgian students, we've got a dedicated Dutch Programme overseen by our Dutch coordinator. 

The Compass Language Program is all about creating a global learning vibe, giving students the tools to connect and understand different cultures through language.
