As a Volunteer Football Coach with Better Me, you lead training sessions, mentor young players, and help organize local matches. Your role goes beyond the game—instill teamwork, discipline, and confidence in young athletes while fostering a love for football.

This fully hosted, immersive program provides a unique opportunity to develop your coaching skills, gain experience in youth sports, and engage with the local community. Work alongside local coaches to tailor training plans, improve players’ skills, and promote a positive sports culture.

This program runs all year round with flexible durations and starts at just €248 per week. Your experience includes airport pick-up, orientation, comfortable accommodation, three daily meals, and 24/7 support. Stay in our welcoming Volunteer Dome House and connect with other volunteers who share your love for sports and service.
