Are you pursuing studies or a career in the marine, oceanographic, and atmospheric sciences? We offer the perfect program to broaden your knowledge and skills—a 12-week placement with the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences (BIOS)!

U.K. Associates of BIOS Internships offer many benefits, including hands-on practical experience, expert mentorship, and the opportunity to study in Bermuda's deep and pristine waters.

Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in U.K. universities are eligible to apply. Recent graduates may also be considered, provided they intend to continue their career in marine science in the U.K.

Thanks to the generosity of their sponsors, U.K. Associates of BIOS internships cover the cost of campus accommodation and all meals at BIOS, plus a small student stipend and a contribution toward research expenses associated with the project. Travel-related expenses and medical/travel insurance are not covered and are the sole responsibility of the student.

Start dates are flexible, depending on intern/mentor availability and project nature.
