We are looking for North American retiree volunteers with experience in bricklaying, isolation, drywall and taping, carpentry, and hardwood floors. You should be willing to impart your knowledge to local young construction workers as you will oversee the construction and renovation of existing buildings inside our farm.

Spend 3 months to one year on Avalon Farm, a 250-acre organic coffee plantation in Carmo de Minas, a municipality in the southern state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Program fee: US$ 600 for 4 weeks
