Join low-cost volunteering opportunities in the semi-rural area of Abetifi, Ghana. Living in a shared volunteer house, you will join an international team in placements across various fields – education, sports, renovation, and many more. Work alongside people from the local communities to achieve a truly meaningful social impact. Education placements are based in our partner local schools, typically at primary and junior levels. We will place you in a relevant age group and school, depending on your experience and area of interest.

Experience the real Ghanaian way of life while immersing yourself in the local culture and day-to-day life. Your helping hands will be needed between 8 am and 3 pm during weekdays, leaving your afternoons and weekends for various activities. Explore local tourist attractions such as waterfalls, safari, castles, canopy walks, and coastlines.

The program fee includes your accommodation in a shared volunteer house with a self-catering kitchen, utility bills, and on-site support staff. The house is based in a large garden compound with fruit trees and a fish pond, with a balcony overlooking the lush surrounding rainforests and mountains.
