Join our study abroad program in Sorrento, and expand your learning in a stunning beach town in southern Italy! The host institution is Sant’Anna Institute where you will experience complete immersion in culture, language, and community. Other than taking academic courses, you will participate in field trips and excursions to various locations in and around the region. 

Get the chance to do an internship as well, which is available during spring, summer, and fall sessions. Internships are available in Architecture, Business Administration, Civic Engagement Communications, Creative Writing, Culinary Arts, Education, English, Environmental Studies, Hospitality and Tourism, Fitness Management, Italian Studies, Journalism, Music and Music Technology, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science, Social Work, Veterinary Science, and Visual Arts. This must be taken together with academic courses, including Italian language. 

Along with internships and classes, you can volunteer in the city. There are service learning and community engagement projects available, which are either independent of the courses taken or take the lessons of a specific course and apply it outside of the classroom.
