My son went on the Vietnam/Cambodia trip Summer of 2024. He loved it!! He learned a lot about the culture, food, and just overall had a great life experience. He said the leaders were great and that he enjoyed getting to know the other kids in the group. The planned activities were great and the organization did a great job of teaching the kids about safe eating in foreign countries which was a concern for me. They did some volunteer work, building water filtration systems in Cambodia. My ...

Volunteering with ARCC this summer in Cambodia & Vietnam was one of the best decisions I've made thus far in my life. The volunteer project was beyond impactful- I especially loved teaching English at the primary school! Besides this, being able to experience a new country & culture with complete strangers was an awesome change from daily life. I truly made best friends on this trip that I will never be able to forget, & highly suggest you go on an ARCC trip of your own & do the same thing.
