If your home institution has an exchange agreement with us, you can study here while paying tuition fees to your home institution, making the process cost-effective and straightforward.

For students whose institutions do not have an exchange agreement with us, the Study Abroad program provides an opportunity to study at Ara Institute for one semester. As a New Zealand government-owned tertiary institution with over 100 years of teaching experience, we pride ourselves on our diverse and welcoming community. Each year, we host around 1,800 international students from over 50 countries, offering a global learning environment.
