We seek to fill an internship position in our accounting department as an Accounting Coordinator. The intern will gain great exposure and experience in a growing, busy international-related business. The duration lasts from 6 months up to a year. This is a full-time position and the hours are flexible.

We prefer someone studying accounting or finance, with a major or minor in either of these two curricula and who possesses these requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good with numbers
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Sharpness and the thirst for knowledge
- Fast learner, with the ability to follow directions well
- Good organizational skills

We utilize SAGE and QuickBooks for accounting and have other software, including our proprietary database. The internship will cover several areas of accounting including account receivables, account payables, reviewing charts of accounts, reconciliations, working with POs, vendor and client interactions, end-of-the-year closing adjustments, and projections (among other areas).
