Sign up for the Greek language courses on Chios, the land of mastic and Homer and one of the most distinctive Aegean Sea Islands. Alexandria Institute organizes a Modern Greek language and culture course for all levels in June and September. Enroll for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks.

The location of the program is in Voulamandis Guest House. Courses are held in a garden that bursts with scents, colors, and aromas of flowers and oranges, creating a unique educational experience!

Lessons take place from Monday-Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m. and lasting 2-4 hours a day depending on the number of participants:
1 student – 2 hours a day
2 students – 3 hours a day
3 to 7 students – 4 hours a day

Emphasis is drawn on acquainting participants with the Greek culture. Therefore, local traditions and customs, everyday activities, Greek music, literature, mythology, and history are an integral part of the course.
