We support and help the Elephant Village in Jaipur by providing support in the care of elephants and the teaching of kids and families of mahouts (elephant caretakers) in their free time. Elephants are majestic animals and they love human interaction. However, the COVID pandemic and lack of funding have forced many mahouts to move out of town. Manpower is needed to take care of their daily activities. 

This volunteer program involves plenty of activities, wherein the most possible are:
- Visiting an elephant village
- Accessing the needs of elephants
- Interacting with mahouts and identifying their needs
- Communicating with local children and motivating them to learn
- Cleaning elephants or assisting mahouts while bathing their elephants
- Trimming the toenails of elephants and feeding them sugarcane
- Cleaning their living areas
- Helping mahouts make folk designs on elephants before taking them for a ride
- Teaching the children of mahouts

Of course, you can explore and engage in other activities unrelated to your daily tasks. You could check out nearby sights with other volunteers or try local delicacies sold in the market.
