Immerse yourself in the wonder and beauty of the underwater wilderness off the African coast. Join the Africa Media team for one month in either of our two program sites - the Aliwal Shoal OR Sodwana Bay on the East Coast of South Africa - and produce your own underwater documentary with the help of professionals in the field. 

The program helps you master the art of underwater videography using DSLR cameras, Sea&Sea underwater housings, Panasonic video cameras, and GoPros as well as LED lighting and other essential underwater video accessories. With a program schedule consisting of twenty reef dives, ocean safaris, rock pool snorkels, and estuary dives, our instructors will help you understand your underwater video gear and how to use it in the best way to capture various marine life in their natural habitat.

Throughout the program, you will enjoy wonderful experiences in top-rated dive sites. You will also discover wildlife such as whale sharks, humpback whales, manta rays, ragged-tooth sharks, and black-tip sharks, among others.
