Summer placements are available in the following areas:
- Assistance with developing strategies to ensure farmers implement good practices to reduce the risk of antimicrobial resistance (a hot topic in Europe at the moment, with antibiotic use in farm animals and resistance development growing in people).
- Development of higher welfare livestock assurance modules for use in livestock work.
- Assistance with identifying, marketing, and deploying a business plan to recruit Hill and Upland beef and lamb farmers in England.
