Students will come in contact with Italian professional leather artisans, learning how to make high-quality handmade shoes following the traditional rules of the "Made in Italy". The learning process includes explanations and practical training on how to take foot measurements, drawing the patterns, cutting and sewing of the leather, lasting the shoe, and finishing the soles after attachment. Cutting, dexterity, and precision are essential to produce well-crafted shoes.
