Have you ever dreamed of mastering pottery techniques in Florence! Now is your chance. Students involved with this program will learn ceramics techniques, under the supervision of our local professional artisans, working directly in their own ateliers! For pottery classes, in particular, students can deepen expertise by choosing a preferred theme among various subjects, such as Wheel-throwing, Hand Made Sculptures, and Coloring Techniques. There is also the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of terra cotta, or about the chemistry necessary for coloring, and how to adjust the temperature of the kiln, or the ancient art of Majolica.

We offer both long-term (One-Year, Semester, and Master's) and short-term (Short, and Summer Intensive) programs.

During the summer (from May until the end of September), we offer a special program called "Summer Intensive Course" (from 2 to 12 weeks) which includes housing, meals, and extracurricular activities and services.
