The IOM Internship Programme offers students the chance to familiarize themselves with IOM's operations, acquire valuable initial work experience, and develop knowledge across various migration-related fields. Interns receive on-the-job training, benefiting both themselves and the organization. Additionally, internships foster partnerships with academic institutions and universities. Annually, IOM hosts numerous interns across its global offices. Interns will be assigned tasks and responsibilities that match their academic and professional background; and they are supervised by a mentor or supervisor.
